>FLEURS DE LAVE< trachyt-andesite, lava bomb, steel, 110cm x 200cm x 250cm, Besse, Chemin de Ronde

>FLEURS DE LAVE< is composed by three blocks of trachyt-andesite, in which flower shapes are carved such that the petals, pistils and anthers seem to represent flows of lava running or ejected out of the craters as lava bombs. The work wants to evoke a fresh and uncompleted impression.
